My name is Hanna. I define myself as a woman first, a geek second, queer third, Jewish fourth, and an “adult” a distant last.

I go by ish, ishmaeltheforsaken, or mesmerizedish on most online boards.

I love fantasy, SF, computer games, books, toys, and pornography.

My favorite books are A Tale of Two Cities, The Secret Garden, and Thief of Time (as well as most of the rest of the Discworld series).

My favorite films are Star Wars (the original trilogy are better, but I like the new ones too; so sue me), The Lord of the Rings (so much better than the books), and Kill Bill.

My favorite television shows are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Law & Order, Psych, and Arrested Development. White Collar gets a special mention because I love its portrayal of lesbian FBI agent Diana Barrigan.

My favorite band are Nightwish, hands down. They used to be tied with Muse, but I’ve identified a recent downward trend in the latter and an upward trend in the former, so… *shrug* My musical tastes are way too eclectic to get into any further they range from Beethoven to Lady Gaga to Metallica ;/

I have Asperger’s syndrome, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I was in an abusive relationship for three years. I am clinically fucked up. The medications I’m on make it really hard to masturbate. I hate it.

I’m over six feet tall. I have green eyes and light brown hair with some red and blonde highlights. I’ve worn it short for ages, but am letting it grow out long.
